I can remember thinking when I was pregnant with you, during a moonlit walk with Daddy & puppies, that I already loved you so much, I didn’t want you to ever leave .. it was all about me, right? 🤦🏼♀️🤷♀️.
My wishes came true, because here you are, and you shine bright like the moon that night. 🌝
The thing is, you‘ve taught me SO much more than I imagined, especially that you aren’t here to make MY world brighter, but to follow your own path and light it up as you go along. ⭐️💫🌟
You’ve taught me how to be humble. Material things aren’t important; what is, is the love we have for one another.
You‘ve taught me the importance of truly being ourselves.. I honestly can’t tell you how much I respect that; your ability to be who you want to be, without reservation.

I was so impressed last summer when you picked up the phone at the resort and explained how I’d forgotten to tip the room service guy and wanted to make it right.. you were my hero in that moment.
