Hi guys! I wanted to post a quick follow-up video (to my post yesterday) here & on Meg Happens on Facebook on the importance of inner child work and healing trauma in order to help our bodies be in a state of healing.
Not everyone who has physical illness has a history of trauma, but it’s more common than we realize and there’s no shame in facing it & healing it, and in fact, it’s often necessary to heal our bodies.
I almost deleted this video because of my fugly cry face, but that defeats the purpose of authenticity I suppose 😂. Life is too short not to speak our truths & be our blubbering, sappy selves, eh?
