Good Morning! Today’s topic is on the importance of sleep & stress reduction.


I left out that if stressed for too long, with cortisol levels too high too often, eventually our adrenal glands will weaken and even crash.. which happened to me. It took years to correct and I still takes meds for mine...

Heal those traumas, relieve that stress, & get some sleep! Xo
